Last updated: 14 June 2026
1. Acceptance
By using this site (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
2. The service
Rhymet.com is a free online rhyming dictionary. It also offers an optional AI demo that suggests a line based on text you provide. The Site is provided free of charge and is operated by Jon-Tec Labs Jonatan Łoś, ul. Kaliskiego 15a, 01-476 Warszawa, Poland (NIP 9512374671), the company behind verselab.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
- submit content that is illegal, infringing, hateful or abusive;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;
- misuse the AI feature to generate prohibited content.
4. Your content
You keep any rights you have in text you enter. You’re responsible for what you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it. By using the AI demo you allow us to process your input to generate a response (see our Privacy Policy).
5. AI output
Suggestions are generated automatically and provided for inspiration only. They may be inaccurate, not original, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and for how you use any output, including checking that it doesn’t infringe third-party rights.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, and the rhyme data and software behind it are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms don’t grant you any rights in them except to use the Site as intended.
7. No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and availability. We don’t guarantee the rhymes or AI output are complete, accurate or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes & availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue the Site or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes with consumers are resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the consumer’s place of residence; in all other cases, the courts in Warsaw have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
